Spins through open Opsgenie alerts and marks any as closable if the condition that opened the alert no longer exists.

Workflow:

• Gets a list of all open alerts at Opsgenie.
• For each open alert, the entire alert is retrieved.
• If the alert has not been updated of late, since the current timestamp date.now() plus its ts-cycle, it is marked as closable.
